We all know there is no substitute for experience when it comes to the death of a loved one, the grief that follows and unexpected life changes. I am here to help with advice and guidance in a practical, realistic and honest way.
My journey spans over 20 years. It began with a life-altering diagnosis, the eventual loss of my husband and many years of trying to navigate my new normal in between. The road was long, exhausting and thankless, but I found a way to move forward, find love again, and raise my 3 children with purpose and passion.
